Return Policy

If you have fitment issues, please contact us directly at FatFourCustoms@yahoo.com, through Instagram, or through Facebook messenger services.

Any peripheral parts breakage is not covered by any warranty, and is not the responsibility of FatFour Customs. Parts on these automobiles can be upwards of 20+ years old. Deformations occur, replacement parts are not up to OEM spec (which is our baseline for fitment), and variations in manufacturing occur. To that end, if your purchase does not fit, and you are unhappy with the solutions provided by our team, we may or may not authorize a return of the product(s) in question.

Parts Return Ineligibility Categories:

  • Parts that have been installed, abused, or show signs of use. 
  • Any part that is mishandled or shipped improperly by the customer.
  • Items that are missing parts or components.


You may return uninstalled items up to 20 days after date of purchase.  All returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  All returned items must be brand new, returned in their original packaging, and must be in sellable condition.  The consumer is responsible for shipping costs of returned parts unless otherwise approved by FatFour Customs. All returns must be accompanied with a Returned Goods Authorization provided by FatFour Customs. There will be no authorized return without a receipt, and only the original purchaser may contact us for a return.

Special Order Parts are parts not normally carried in our warehouse that have been special ordered just for you. Special Order parts, unless otherwise authorized by FatFour Customs, are non returnable.

Returns are for Merchandise ONLY – all shipping costs are non-refundable.
